Danny Elfman’s Coachella Debut

As an intern at the live event production company Black Ink Presents, I had the opportunity to assist in the preparation and execution of Danny Elfman’s Debut Coachella performance. On this project I was apart of both the logistics and talent teams, working months in advance and moments before the show while on-site at the Coachella Fair Grounds, to ensure a smooth performance. On the logistics and talent teams I engaged in distributing credentials, building the show stage, streamlining communication, coordinating talent, and guiding staff around the Coachella Fair Grounds. The efforts of the Black Ink Presents team resulted in a performance for over 10,000 audience members being called a “can’t miss performance” as well as “mind blowing” by various media outlets.
